A practical way to give back
For a homeowner living on a limited income, the cost of an insurance inspection can compete with everyday essentials. Yet that report may be a step toward getting or keeping homeowners insurance.
FreeInsuranceInspections.com exists to help close that gap. We’re focused on one thing: free 4-Point and Wind Mitigation inspections for Florida homeowners who need them but can’t easily afford them.
The people behind the work
Free Insurance Inspections, Inc. is a Florida not-for-profit corporation, bringing together licensed Florida home inspectors, individual supporters, and corporate sponsors. Software and technology for the program are provided by Inspector Network LLC.
We believe helping a neighbor should come with the same care and attention we bring to any inspection. The goal is useful, professional documentation that homeowners can share with their insurance company.
Our nonprofit status
We are not currently recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization. We intend to pursue that recognition, and we do not represent contributions as tax-deductible.
Building the program with care
We’re developing homeowner and inspector applications, sponsorship options, and the systems that will coordinate inspections and deliver reports. Rates, eligibility, service areas, and timelines will be published before the programs open.
