A Florida nonprofit. Built for our neighbors.

FOR FLORIDA HOME INSPECTORS

Your expertise.
A neighbor’s next step.

Help remove the cost of an insurance inspection for someone in your community. We’re building a program that respects your work, your schedule, and your professional judgment.

Inspector applications are not yet open

A NETWORK WITH A PURPOSE

Clear assignments.
Practical support.

We’re developing both funded assignments and opportunities to contribute your time. Compensation and participation terms will be clear before you accept work.

YOUR APPLICATION

Tell us where you can help

The planned application will cover your contact and business details, Florida license, qualifications for the reports you provide, insurance, service area, and availability.

Credentials and reporting requirements will be reviewed before an inspector can receive assignments.

YOUR COMMITMENT

Choose a workable capacity

Set the areas and inspection types you can cover, along with the amount of work you can reasonably accept. Review the scope and terms of each assignment.

Rates, travel allowances, cancellation terms, reporting timelines, and payment schedules are being developed.

THE PLANNED WORKFLOW

Your familiar tools.
A seamless experience.

We plan to connect assignments directly to Inspector Studio.

An assigned inspection would arrive in your account as a $0.00 inspection request. You would schedule it, complete the inspection, and publish your report using your usual workflow.

The report would return to Free Insurance Inspections for delivery to the homeowner. Any agreed inspector compensation would be handled separately from the homeowner’s zero-dollar inspection.

Recognition on Inspectors List

Any inspector listed on InspectorsList.com who actively participates in Free Insurance Inspections will receive a special program badge on their listing. The badge will recognize their active contribution to helping homeowners through the program.

This recognition will be tied to active participation. It will not mean that every inspection offered by that inspector is free.

Software access that supports participation

We’re exploring an included inspection credit for each program assignment for inspectors without an active Inspector Studio subscription, so software access won’t prevent participation.

We’re also considering a software-access benefit for inspectors who commit to a recurring number of completed program inspections. Credit rules, qualifying commitments, and subscription benefits are proposals, not active offers.

The same professional standard, every time

Sponsored and volunteer inspections should receive the same care as paid work. Reports must reflect actual observations, remain independent of sponsors, and meet the requirements for the inspection being performed.

Participation details are on the way.

The application, inspector agreement, rates, and software terms will be published before enrollment opens. This page does not enroll you or commit you to work.
