BUILT AROUND YOUR COMMUNITY
Each planned partnership will specify the region, inspection types, number of inspections, funding, and sponsor placements before it begins.
Choose a supported county or service area and agree on a number of inspections. Availability will depend on eligible applications and participating inspectors in that region.
Package sizes and prices are being developed. No minimum commitment or regional availability has been announced.
Planned placements include a clearly labeled sponsor message in the homeowner’s program experience, with information about relevant products or services in their area.
Placement, duration, content, and any advertising benefits will be defined in the sponsorship agreement.
TRUST COMES FIRST
Getting an inspection should never require buying something else.
Our planned partnerships won’t require homeowners to buy a sponsor’s products, change insurance providers, or agree to sales calls. Reports will remain independent of sponsor messages.
Sponsor reporting will focus on funded and completed inspections. A sponsorship won’t include homeowner contact lists or inspection reports; any direct introduction will require separate homeowner permission.
We’ll distinguish general contributions from arrangements that include advertising. Each agreement will explain the benefits provided, reporting, the funding period, and how unused inspection funding is handled. We won’t promise a level of sales, leads, or insurance outcomes.
We’re preparing the partnership terms and regional capacity. We aren’t accepting business sponsorship payments or reserving exclusive territories yet.
