SPONSOR AN INDIVIDUAL INSPECTION

A helping hand.
Without the spotlight.

Sometimes you know exactly who needs a little help. We’re creating a way to cover their inspection while keeping the attention on their home, not their circumstances.

Individual sponsorships are not yet open

THOUGHTFUL BY DESIGN

Make it easier
to say yes to help.

An insurance agent helping a client. A friend looking out for a neighbor. A family member taking one expense off someone’s plate.

  1. 01

    Arrange the support

The planned process starts with the inspection type and service area. We’ll confirm availability, the cost, and the terms before accepting payment.

  2. 02

    Let them choose

The homeowner receives a private invitation to a sponsored inspection. They decide whether to participate and authorize contact and access to their property.

  3. 03

    We take it from there

Once approved and funded, we coordinate the inspection. The homeowner pays nothing and receives their report through Free Insurance Inspections.

HELP WITH DIGNITY

Quiet generosity.
Clear consent.

Our planned approach lets sponsors remain unnamed to the homeowner.

The homeowner will know their inspection is sponsored. They won’t need to publicly explain their circumstances or thank a sponsor to receive help.

Sponsoring an inspection won’t give you access to the homeowner’s report or personal information. Any sharing with an agent or sponsor will require the homeowner’s authorization.

A professional inspection, independently completed

Support covers the inspection, not a particular result. The inspector documents what they find. Sponsorship cannot guarantee insurance coverage, a passing report, or premium savings.

What we’re finalizing

We’re working through pricing, service areas, eligibility for sponsored inspections, and what happens if a homeowner declines or an inspection cannot be completed. These terms will be available before sponsorships open.

We aren’t accepting sponsorship payments yet.

This page describes the program in development. No homeowner referrals or personal information are being collected here.
