We’re building this for Florida homeowners who find an insurance inspection out of reach financially.
Who we’re building this for
We want to help Florida homeowners who need a 4-Point or Wind Mitigation inspection but can’t easily afford one. That includes:
- Homeowners with low incomes.
- People living on fixed incomes.
- Older homeowners facing financial constraints.
This is who we’re here for — not a finished checklist. We haven’t nailed down specific income thresholds, documentation, service areas, or availability yet, but we will, and we’ll post them here first.
What we hope to cover
We’re building this program to cover the full cost of qualifying 4-Point and Wind Mitigation inspections, done by volunteer inspectors in our network.
An inspection documents your home’s condition or features — it can’t guarantee coverage, a specific premium, or that your insurer will accept the report. Your insurance agent can tell you exactly what your policy requires.
